Typically, an experienced nanny in the London area will expect an hourly rate of between £18 -24 gross per hour, depending on the location, hours and general requirements of the family.
Outside London the range is slightly lower at £16 - £18 gross per hour.
Please note that nannies will often speak in 'net' terms, but is is important to agree a gross salary with the nanny.

Most roles are live out, however we can accommodate live in requirements too.
